One-Year Membership: Membership is renewed annually at the NETRA fall conference, thus the effective date of membership will run for one calendar year from the fall conference date. Application Options: PayPal Option: If you wish to submit your application online utilizing the convenient PayPal option, please complete the membership form below, select the membership category and corresponding fee, and submit payment via credit card. You will receive confirmation and receipt of your application via email. Mail Option: If you wish to submit your application via mail, complete the membership form, select the membership category & corresponding fee, enclose a check or money order payable to NETRA, and mail to: NETRA P.O. Box 79, Concord, NH 03302. You will receive confirmation and receipt of your application via email (if you prefer a hard copy to be mailed to you, please indicate that on the form). Questions?
