Recreational Therapy Professionals work with many special populations. They work in facilities such as: physical rehabilitation, psychiatric hospitals, pediatric centers, nursing homes, schools, correction facilities, and outdoor recreation sites. Recreational Therapis ts work with many other healthcare professionals and use recreation to build the wellness of the whole individual.

NETRA is committed to Recreation Therapy and to the promotion of this profession.
